It is very important to spend 5 minutes at the end of the lesson when you hand out report cards to talk with kids and moms about re-registering for next session: fill in your report card re-reg chart on what kids say about re-enrolling. Read the top of the report card re-reg chart so you know what you should be saying to kids (talking to the kids and moms and convincing them to keep going with their lessons is just as important as handing out report cards, the kids make the decision if they want to keep going with swimming lessons not the moms). 

Fall/Winter/Spring sessions run whereby kids swim 1-2x a week for 12-17 weeks (depending on the session). If parents ask if they need to do anything to stay enrolled for Fall/Winter/Spring, the answer is “YES” they need to reserve their lesson time for the next session. You need to work hard to keep all your kids enrolled!
